So I've got the same old story- been heavy all of my life and sick of it. I've always wanted to be smaller but never been able to get the job done. I need some friends who will motivate me and push me to stick with it but not shoot me while I'm down either. I'm sick of the same old fat girl routine and want to do it for real this time. Who's with me?

I have a vitamin d deficiency which makes me also have low calcium levels. I take supplements to help but sometimes I still get heart palpitations because of it. Tonight I had a couple spasms so I texted my “friend” about it and his answer was, “That worries me. You promise you are ok baby?”
Please excuse me while my heart flutters again. Is this the calcium or feelings? :)
