So I've got the same old story- been heavy all of my life and sick of it. I've always wanted to be smaller but never been able to get the job done. I need some friends who will motivate me and push me to stick with it but not shoot me while I'm down either. I'm sick of the same old fat girl routine and want to do it for real this time. Rocky doesn’t seem to mind crate rest right now, but I’m sure he’ll hate it by next week when he has his follow up. It might need to be much longer depending on what the vet says.

Another impressive vet bill later we’ve learned that Rocky is showing signs of disc compression in his neck. My poor baby is doped up and won’t even eat. The next question is how do you teach a dachshund to not jump off of things?
